Wobenzym N has been used here for 3.5 years. This product is my favorite supplement for joint relief. Although my doctor recommended that I take at least 6 doses a day, 2-3 times a day. Not sure if it works the same with a lower dose.

I saw a lot of positive reviews for this product on Amazon, so I figured it must be a phenomenal pain reliever. Unfortunately I must be in the minority as I felt that Wobenzym was not worth all the hype? It seemed to work for a few weeks, but the muscle pain and arthritis came back causing sleepless nights!

I read that it might help with digestion and menstrual cramps so I gave it to my daughter hoping it would at least give her some positive results that I didn't enjoy.
